Can't connect to my extender

Had this same problem. I disconnected my WAP from router, connected to it over WiFi, then manually changed my IP address to one in same subnet (192.168.0.200). Then, I could connect to the admin console. I suspect this will work for the extenders as well. First thing I did once I got into the admin console was check for updates and there was a firmware update available that's supposed to fix this problem. So... if you can get to the WAP, there's an update that fixes the problem of not being able to get to the WAP. :\
