Can't find Netgear Extender EX6100 wifi network

Check if you can connect a Desktop or Laptop wired to it and gain access to its setup screen.
Yes, multiple times it was reset. I also moved the location of my notebook and extender. Also tried two different browsers, Chrome and Safari. And reset my computer.

Your suggestion was good. When I hard-wired my computer to the EX6100 it did exstablish a connection. But I was never able to get it to connect to my network using WiFi. I bought another unit, and it worked right away. So I guess the old unit was bad. Thank you , for your help.
