Can't Update EX2700 Firmware Firmware Version: V1.0.1.52 TO 1.01.58
I have tried several times to update the router firmware using the Netgear app (Check for update; but the update keeps failing. Downloaded the file, then when I tried to upload the update file I get the following error message: This firmware file is incorrect! Please get the firmware file again and make sure it is the correct firmware for this product: Downloaded the file again with the same results. Any ideas?
after you downloaded it, did you extract it?
