Change Extender Name as it appears in WiFi drop-down menu

After replacing my old router with new one, and reconnecting my 2 extenders to this new router, they show up on my WiFi dropdown menu (on my iMac desktop) as "(name)-2g_EXT" and "(name)-2g_EXT_EXT." I would prefer that they be named "(name)-office" or "(name)-living-room," indicating their location. This is how they were previously named, when I first bought & connected them several years ago, but I'm not remembering how or where I got to naming them. PLease advise, thx

    Hello Tejanand

First you will need to find the ip address of each extender which you can find in the attached devices page on your routers GUI. After you get the Ip put that Ip number in your web browser hit enter and then a login box pops up use admin/password to log into it there you will be able to click the wireless settings and change the name.
