Choosing a Range Extender compatible with RAX 50

I recently installed a Nighthawk RAX50.  This is the third Netgear router I've had.  I have had fairly good success with them over the years.  I like the Android app that allows me to do some management functions at a distance.

I have a fairly small house but it has always given me trouble getting a strong signal on the other side of the from the router.  My last router worked well with the extender but the extender won't work with the new router.  It's time to update it.

What ranger extender woud work best with my Nighthawk RAX50 router?  I need stronger signal in my office.  It's currently sitting at 55%. - in the upper part of the "poor" range.  I worked from home today and had trouble with weak signal periodically.

Any suggestions of a good ranger extender?

Thanks.

What range extender were you using? They should still be compatible with the RAX.

Pretty much all of netgear's range extenders would work. I'm a fan of the tri-bands because they don't take the loss of bandwidth and increased latency that most extenders take.
