Time Warner says that I have to change frequency on my wifi cause they are not communicating?? I thought they sync when you unplug & plug them in??I have a Motorola (Aris surf board SB5183) modem. Any help?

I believe they are talking about the wireless channel setting in the wireless setting of your router.
