Compatible WiFi Extender with Netgear R6300v2 Router

Strictly speaking, all of Netgear's extenders are compatible with the R6300v2.  Picking a model depends on your needs.  They can include one or more of the following:

• Single band (2.4 GHz) or dual band (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) support?
• Are wireless clients single band or dual band or a mixture of both?
• Do you have wired devices that need network access?
• Can you or are you willing to connect the extender to the R6300v2 via Ethernet or Powerline for best performance?
• Do you need a powerful extender with external antennas due to challenging conditions (thick walls, long distances)?
• Is physical size important?

There may be other things to consider.  The above are merely what I could think of.
