Connect Extender to my Internet Network

I just purchased a WN2500RP WiFi Range Extender and I can not figure out how to connect/set up to my Internet Network. 

How do I access the setup?

I am unable to access the settings via my www wifi ext. net

Any help will be much appreciated, otherwise I will need to return.
