Connected but no internet access
Hello, I use a model EX6100v2. I have 2 network names with it, but my TV only recognizes one. And even though it says "connected" there is no internet access. I have tried every single troubleshootin...
Yes, I did the reset, and every single troubleshooting process I could find. The 2G network is there, but it just has NO internet access and from looking at it, you can't tell anything is wrong. "It" thinks it's working just fine. And now the 5G network is starting to do the same thing. I think I bought a bad product. Will have to replace it but NOT with Netgear. I'm really disappointed in it. Thanks for the reply....
