On your main router find the connected devices and then find the IP address of the ex7000 use that in your web browser and it should bring up the settings of the ex7000.

I have the IP address of the EX700 but I want it on a different subnet so that connecting to the BT hub won't allow access to the EX700 network but I can't connect to the ex700 if I change the subnet
