Connecting to an external hardrive?

Hi im having real trouble connecting to my external hard drive through my EX6200 on my Macbook any help would be HUGELY appreciated Thanks

    Hi samcoles1987,

     

    Can you please describe your network setup? (Is your EX6200 wired/WiFi to your router, which router, etc)

    Are you having issues on only the Macbook? Can you test with other computers/devices?

     

    Log in to your EX6200 by connecting to its WiFi network and go to mywifiext.net

    Which firmware version is your EX6200 running?

     

    If you connect the external harddrive to your router, can you view the files on your harddrive?

    (Please note, some USB drives require software to be installed into the PC or are password protected. Such USB devices will NOT work with the Router/Extender.)
