Connecting to internet with Ex6120 (AC1200)
I just set up my new range extender (model EX6120 - Dual band extender) however everytime I attempt to connect to it (on either band), it asks for the security key, after it accepts it, it then pause...

You may want to get the latest firmware from the support page an update the extender the other thing is to factory reset the extender and try to do setup again in case some setting got messed up the first time during set up.

Hello Rxmichele
You will want to load the .chk file onto the extender to update the firmware. You will want to log into the extender then go to Maintenance then firmware update there you click browse and select that file. Make sure you are connected to your extender via Ethernet when updating to no corrupt your install.
