Connecting to Samsung Android mobile phone hotspot

Hi,
I need help moved to a place with poor signal. I have just bought a EX2700 wifi range extender. I want to connect to my mobile phone hotspot (Android). I have done the standard instructions to connect to my wifi extender but without success. I have also attempted to connect to the wifiext website which doesn't come up on my internet browser. I have attempted the generic IP&nbsp; address but no success.&nbsp;
Looking forward to help so I can move forward. Apologies in advance if there are some instructions/ conversations already but didnt seem to find any that can provide further help. Thank you.
