Connecting WN3000RPv3 with Verizon FIOS

I've been struggling to get my WIFI extender to work with my new FIOS router.  I tried connecting it to FIOS through the app and add device using WPS. It said it worked but when I try to access the internet using the WIFI extender it doesn't work.

 

I don't know if I need to set something on the router or the extender.
