Connection Issue after router assword changed

I recently changed my SSID password. i amended on all my devicesand did a factory reset on the EXT to allow me to set up with the new password. This all worked and the EXT shows up as an EXT of my SS...

Hello Sindonsteve

 

I would say factory reset the extender again make sure to hold the reset button for 10 seconds to make sure it clears out all the old info. Then try the setup again. If that does not work have you tried the WPS method to connect the extender?
