Connection problems

Hello!

I have got a new router (Technicolor TG799). Now I can't enter the internet via the new router and wifi expander because it dosn't accept the wireless key that I write.  My computer finds the new network name without problems. I am sure that I enter the correct  code!! My net expander from Netgear worked perfectly with the old router ( Technicolor TG788).

    Hello,

    I have the same problem. I bought today a AC750 WiFi Range Extender (model EX3110). The two extender WiFi networks are created but I cannot connect to any because my WiFi router password is refused. I am 100% sure the password is correct. My router is a Technicolor TG588V.


    Hope anyone who may have faced a similar issue in the past can help me too.
