Connection

I am trying to connect my Netgear EAX15 to the Nokia FastMile 5G Gateway 3.2 …. but it is not possible even though the password for the Nokia is for sure correct …. With other router the EAX15 connects easily … anything I am missing ?

    How are you setting it up? 

    Using WPS push button method? 

    using the app? Using the installation assistant?

      I set it up through the app of netgear and it works with another router but not with the Nokia one.

       

      WPS I am not aware of how to use it and what the effect would be ...

        Try factory resetting the extender and installing it using the installation assistant.

        You might also see about setting it with a static ip address in the nokia.
