Débit faible en ethernet EX8000
Bonjour,

Try disabling smart connect. this will let you seperate out the SSID's so you can connect to the 5ghz.
Another thing to try is to hardwire into the EX8000 and run a speedtest. This'll tell you how the wireless backhaul is functioning. If your speeds are slow when you're hardwired into the extender, its an issue with the backhaul.
Firmware on the extender?
What fibre box is it? Does it have QoS integrated into it?

Hello,
Thx for your answer ! :)
Smart connect is not activated because i have activated One Wifi Name (both can t be activated at the same time).
You might be right with the backhaul because wired (or not) speed is the same (around 35MB/s). I préceise that the speed conection led is white (so the best case) and it s the same whatever the distance.
By the way, if I turn off the EX8000 wifi speed is about 400 MB/s / at the same place 35MB/S with the extender.
I tried the last 3 FW (now it s runing the 1.0.1.206). I tried a hardreset after each update.
The routeur is my operateur materiel which deliver an Wifi AC1300 (it s identified as it by the EX8000). Not sure there is a QoS. All other Wifi equipment works fine.
I m pretty sure that the backhaul is the right issue to fix, cause it looks like if the extender only deliver 2.4Ghz speed but how can i manage it?
Thx for your help!

It doesn't mean that the backhaul is the issue. It just means that you've narrowed the problem to either the router or the extender backhaul.
when you setup the device, did you use wps or the smart installation wizard?
What model is the fibre box?
