device has no drivers installed

i have downloaded the support folders from netgear, all three versions in hopes that it will work. but when i go to search for drivers none of them work. i have restarted my computer and uninstalled the device three times. nothing seems to be working.

    what computer and operating system are you installing on? 

    How are you doing the install? 

    what error is it giving you?

     

    start by uninstalling all the drivers/software for the A7000.

    Make sure the wireless device is unplugged for setup.

    Then install the drivers.

    then reboot and plug in the wireless device
