Device led is off

My device led light is off. Does anyone know how to fix it?

    For what device? You didn't put what you're using? 

    you can go to netgear.com/support/ and type in your model number. It'll have a manual that describes what the issue is. 

  • Thanks for the reply. I reset the settings but cannot connect. The device led was on but no internet. Any idea why?

      You factory reset the extender? Did you reinstall it? Did you do it using the wps method or using the installation wizard? 

      What router are you connecting to? 

      I'd recommend using the smart installation wizard.

        I did the installation wizard. And factory reset. It used to work but the last week is not. Router Hub 3.0
