Thanks for all of your help, DarrenM. I still haven't figured it out yet. It's linked to the modem/router, and the WPS, but all I need now is the password. If you could please advise me on who to contact about the password, I would greatly appreciate it. Again, thanks for all of your help.

If your looking for your wireless password for the arris modem you will have to contact your ISP for help on that.
