Double Nat issue for Xbox One

i have the ac 1750 cable modem and router. We use that as our main router but on one end of the house the connection is not usable. I use the power line adapter to get a WiFi back because there is a Xbox back there. It downloads and streams just fine but if you try to play online it says it has a Double NAT.
