Downstream and Upstream Lights Blinking No Internet

White lights blink across the unit and won't stop.  I have tried to reset and power off and on multiple times.  No luck.  What do I do now? My unit is in my garage.  Does cold effect the unit?

Please try factory resetting the unit and running through the setup instructions again.
