I've changed the router IP address to 192.168.2.1 and the problem persits with dupicate ARP requests.

I can see the picture you posted earlier.
Does MAC address, Netgear_43:ef:2b, belong to the D7800 or the EX7300?
Do you know which device belongs to MAC address to 16:da:43:0b:c3:58? Log into the extender and see if the MAC address belongs to the extender.
