EAX20 and new Router?

Question

Hi, I have had an EAX20 for some time.&nbsp; I had to get a new router with a new network name.&nbsp; I cannot figure out how to connect it now?&nbsp; I tried the reset, and when I try to set up a new product i get "unable to join "NETGEAR_EXT".&nbsp;Under menu I have a green light for my product as connected locally.&nbsp; The wifi setting still shows my old router name.&nbsp;Any thoughts?

If its still showing the old router name, you didn't get it reset.&nbsp;
To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.&nbsp;Here's a video of how to use the assistant.&nbsp;https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJVklshxBMk
