EAX80 slow upload speed with RAX120

Hi everyone,

Rax120 and Eax80 with wifi 6 on, 900ish/900ish Mbps download and upload are tested from Rax120. The upload is limited to 50ish Mpbs if the device is connected to Eax80, both wired and wireless connections.

Just turn off the wifi 6 function on Eax80, do nothing else. the upload speed is back to normal, 400-500ish Mpbs.

Tried all firmware, reset, reinstall the firmware, etc, but nothing helped. I believe this is a bug.

How do I report the bug? Just post it here?

Thanks.

When you log into the EAX80 using its ip address (and AX enabled) what is it showing for a connection strength back to the router? (a screen snip is sometimes more beneficial).

Also, what channel do you have the 5ghz set for on the RAX?

The connection is very good with wifi6 on, I also use Nighthawk App to log in to Eax80 and do a speed test, I got 900 download speed and 800 upload speed.

      Here are more details:

I put Rax120 and Eax80 in the same room, about 4-5 meters away from each other. I connected my PC to Eax80 Lan. and my iPhone 12 pro max is connected to Eax80 5G.

      Rax120 5G channel 44, HT160 on

      If turn Eax80's wifi6 off:

Do a speed test on the phone, 278Mpbs down  67Mpbs up

Do a speed test on the PC, 501Mpbs down 75Mpbs up

      If turn Eax80's wifi6 on:

Do a speed test on the phone, 284Mpbs down  306Mpbs up

Do a speed test on the PC, 666Mpbs down 674Mpbs up

If the PC is connected to Rax120 Lan: 914Mpbs down 814Mpbs up

If the phone is connected to Rax120 5G: 611Mpbs down 532Mpbs up

I also tried different firmware, channels and turn Rax120 to HT80. No difference from this result.
