Email for mywifiext?

When I try to access mywifiext to use the setup wizard the login screen requires an email and password. When I enter in my email it tells me that the password does not match. I have tried resetting my password and still nothing.

I have also tried resetting the device to the factory settings and using admin/password to login and it tells me that it is not a valid address.

I'm running out of ideas. Has anyone else run into this problem?

    Try to factory reset again and make sure you are holding the reset button for 10+ seconds.
