EX 6100 Ethernet port lights
On a new computer using Ethernet cable from computer to extender the port light flashes green and connection is fine. Is this correct? Old computer with same hook up flashed solid green, just curious...
Well I kind of understood apart from the ‘flashed solid green’ but anyway, the normal operation of an Ethernet indicator is to flash with activity, but having said that some Netgear devices have been coded such that the ports don’t flash as some users prefer the steady indication. So, I’m wondering if you have updated the EX6100 firmware between computer use?
Is the flashing irregular?
