EX 7000 extender does not connect to Apple Products but connects to all non Apple products easily
New Iphone 14 and new Ipad as well as older Apple products will not connect to the Nighthawk AC1900 Range Extender Model EX7000.
Called Netgear for support and after 20 minutes, a lady said she can solve the problem as a one time cost that is about half the price of a new extender. Nice scam you have going.
Hoping someone can help....using plain language and instructions otherwise I will be buying a new unit from a competitor of Netgear as the whole thing seems like a scam to me.

If someone contacts me from Netgear that attempts to rip me off....please save yours and my time.

1. what router is it connected to?
2. did you set it up using wps?
3. have you disabled icloud relay and private mac/ip address on the ios devices?
1. Starlink router

Please dumb down the explanation for me.
Everything connects no problem, only Apple products don't connect, however when I try and connect my laptop to the netgear my wi-fi site via the extender I get "page not found"
