ex 7000 range extender ethernet ports wont work

I have an EX7000 range extender that I've been using for months. I have an ethernet cable connecting it to my PC, and out of nowhere, the ethernet ports no longer work. I have tried using a different cable and making sure the firmware is up to date, but that did not fix the problem. Just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this.
