EX2700 - Connectivity issues
Hi,
We have been using our extender fine for just over 12 months. This week we are struggling to maintain the internet on all devices when connected to the extender ( android phones and 2 laptops). The signal comes in and out intermittently with the device light fluctuating between green and orange/red.
We have no problems with any device when connected directly to our main router, only when connected to the extender.
When looking at the phones Wi-Fi settings it says 'connected,no internet ', which makes me think it is an issue in transmitting the signal rather than connecting to the router.
Any ideas for a non techie would be apprieciated,

Have you tried to adjust the wireless channel of the router to see if this improves the connection between the router and extender.
