EX2700 - Connectivity issues

I purchased the Extender a few weeks ago and up until a week ago, we had no issues and were getting a great wifi connection. All of a sudden it keeps dropping out on all phones and computers. I've just updated the extender with the latest Firmware, which doesn't seem to have made a difference.

    1. Please make sure that a factory reset is done after the firmware update.

    2. When you say "dropping out", do you lose the extender signal or just the Internet access?

    3. When it drops, does the extender still appear as a connected device on the router UI?
