EX2700 does not accept router key password
Hi, I found a previous thread with this problem on a techicolour router. I can see the extender on my devices but it will not accept the router key. If I disconnect devices and 're register on the router using the key, it connects but not using the extender. The other user resolved the problem by finding the extender IP address and setting up an account but I don't know how to do any if that. Can anyone help please? The password is correct. Thanks, Andrew

Now resolved. In my opinion.... If you have this problem, especially with a Technicolour router, go onto your device and delete or forget the connection to the extender you made. Then plug in the extender and stick a paperclip end into the factory reset hole to reset it. Then go to page 10 and follow the guide for the installation assistant. That worked for me.
