Hi wesbeltz,
Welcome to the community!
1. Please indicate the exact firmware version of the device.
2. Does the issue persist on all the devices that connect to the extender?
3. What is the status of the extender LED's?
4. Is the extender getting a good signal from the router where it's located?

Firmware version: 1.0.1.52
It's slow for all connected devices.
The extender's LEDs are all green and indicate a device is connected.
The extender is getting a good signal from the router. I checked by moving a wifi connected device right next to the extender and running a speed test on the router's own network.

Can you try connecting something to the EX2700's ethernet port, and test the speed there using speedtest.net?

When I plug my laptop into the ethernet port and goto speedtest.net and try to run the test, it says Latency Test Error in big red letters. Other websites load up fine while connected to ethernet.

Usually that means one of their servers has gone down. Can you try the test again?
