I would love some help i got a netgear ex2700 and i already have done the factory reset couple time but the wifi doesnt allow me connect it and the router light is off right now is just on the wps and on bottom light

    Are you able to connect the extender to the router but not connect your devices to the extender or just can not connect the extender to the router at all.
