EX2700 Password Issues

Hi,

 

Having issues setting up this wifi extender. When I connect to the network it asks for a password I have tried the default "password" and it doesn't work. I have tried getting on to mywifiext page when connected to the _EXT network but I cannot without entering a password. I can only access this page when on the normal wifi network I get the message: 

You are not connected to your extender's WiFi network.

 
I don't remember choosing a password, how do I proceed?

    Did you set it up using wps? 

    If so, try factory resetting the extender (push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on).

    then use the installation assistant for setup and not wps.
