Ex2700 won't accept password

I have just got a new router . My hub brings up the xxxx-ext link but doesn't accept the password . I have tried everything mentioned on here that is relevant except following Aplogin. Net as it is under construction . I am getting extremely frustrated I have reset it and everything

    Please make sure that a proper reset is done. You may refer to page 34 of the user manual on this link. The installation guide may also help here.
