EX2700 Won't connect to any devices

I set up the extender and connected devices just fine. The next day, nothing will connect. I reset the extender to factory settings, and re-setup, still nothing.  Green light for link between router and extender. MAC filtering on router is off.  Ext shows up in available connections. When I select it, connection icon spins and spins, but won't connect.  Apple products (iPhones and iPads) trying to connect.

    have you told your apple devices to forget the network for the old networks that the apple device was connected to.
