EX2700 won't connect to any devices

I have connected my EX2700 to my Linksys N900 and all the lights are on and green; indicating it is ready to connect to devices.  When I try to connect any of my wireless devices (Samsung S6, iPhone 6 plus, etc) I can see and access the _EXT, however, I am not getting any internet access.  It just forever spools a circle acting like it's going to connect.  This is the 5th time trying to connect.  We've tried fatory reset, we've tried manual setup, and we get back to all the green lights on and ready to connect, but can't connect.  Ideas?

    Hello demarkfam

     

    While you are connected to the extender are you getting a valid Ip address and are you able to ping your default gateway? Have you tried to change the wireless security type on the router to be WPA2.
