EX3110 – AC750 Dual Band WiFi Range Extender - cant connect

Question

hi there. I am pulling my hair out over trying to connect to my ext. It asks for the security code to my network and It wont accept what I am putting in. I have otherwise been connect for several months. Please help!

I think I tried to do this by holding the button down for 7 secs? Or is there another way? I cant find the page for reinstallation regardless.&nbsp;

Try factory resetting the extender and installing it using the installation assistant.&nbsp;
Don't install using wps.&nbsp;

Yes, to factory reset push and hold resest for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. The lights should blink.&nbsp;
Then follow the installation assistant guide. Its on the support site or you can follow the video.&nbsp;

hi there. I did as the video said but when I type in the name of the website, after connecting to the correct wifi, this appears and I cant come any further.&nbsp;

After you have reset the extender you need to set it up again to work with whatever router you are using.
