EX3110 set up

I successfully connected to the extender, set up an account, paired with my internet router using my secure password.  All was just fine. The next step was to connect to devices.  I left my computer to turn on a VIZIO monitor and when I came back a message said "due to inactivity you are logged out" or something like that.  Now when I try logging back into "www.mywifext" it keeps taking me to the page where it says "you are not connected to the extender" with instructions that tell me to go to www.mywifext.net.  I am in some kind of "do loop" and turning off and on extender does not help. 

I am thinking about resetting the extender but I don't know if that will help.  Anyone have any suggestions?  thank you.
