Ex3110 xbox one connectivity

Is the Xbox using 2.4 ghz or 5 ghz?  Is this the same radio that the other clients are using?

I'm trying to connect it to the 5g. The other devices are on the 2.4g network. I'm going to factory reset the extender again and try reconnecting once more.

    I'd try connecting it to 2.4 ghz before you do the reset - the results might help you figure out the cause.

    Well, it kind of sounds like the EX3110 is able to extend the 2.4 ghz network, but not the 5 ghz one. Trying to connect the xbox to 2.4 ghz, or one of your other clients to 5 ghz would confirm that as the problem.

     

    You could also check www.mywifiext.net, and see if the extender is showing a router connection in both bands.
