Ex3700 absolutely will not work with T-Mobile Internet Gateway

Exactly as the title states.

There is no WPS button on the router, so that option is null.

I have tried countless times connecting the extender to the router via Ethernet cable and using the setup helper. I’m able to stay connected to “Netgear_EXT” to navigate the setup process, all the way up until it’s time to connect to the newly created EXT WiFi network on another device. Once this stage occurs and I’m connecting to the new EXT network, the “Netgear_EXT” network COMPLETELY VANISHES. Because of this, I can’t move on with the final step in the setup helper (even if I’m connected to the new EXT WiFi network used for the extension).

I have attached an image of the step in the process that gets halted due to “Netgear_EXT” vanishing. I have scoured the internet for days trying to find a solution, someone please help.

If its hardwired to the router, it needs to be setup in access point mode when you go through setup.

If its wireless, its setup in extender mode.
