Hello icelandd

 

Have you tried using your main routers password? if thats not working you may have to do a factory reset and do the setup again.

Hi Darren. 

 

I have only one router. And i have tried the routers password 100 times but it always says inncorrect password. I have done factory reset twice but it dosnt help.

    Do you have your password security set as WPA2?

      I think it is web (wireless key)

        That could be the issue that the router is WEP try changing the security to WPA2 and then connect the extender.
