Hi Darren. 

 

I have only one router. And i have tried the routers password 100 times but it always says inncorrect password. I have done factory reset twice but it dosnt help.

      Hello icelandd

       

      That could be the issue that the router is WEP try changing the security to WPA2 and then connect the extender.

        Technicolor TG789vac

         

        i talked to my service provider and he says that the router is pre sett to WPA2.
