EX3700 not acknowledging ip address but all 4 lights are connected
I have gone through all the steps in setting up the wifi extender. All light are lit up. When I go to my cell and try to use wifi ext. it state no IP address. what did I not do during set up.

Did you make sure that your Ex3700 SSID is different from you main networks name also try to forget the network on the phone and reconnect.
