EX3700 set up

Question

I am trying to set up my Netgear ext 3700 with the ATT DSL modem. I had the extender connected to the previous modem and

working fine. The modem was replaced and now I can get my extender connected.

In the desktop WIfi it shows Netgear EXT as a connection but it is not linked to the modem Wifi and the 2 and 5 Ghz

I need assistance in setting this up ASAP.

Tried resetting the EX3700 and setting up the network from scratch?
