EX3700 will not work after firmware update Firmware Version 1.0.0.34
my EX3700 will not work after update of firmware, power light will not go soild only blinks, does not show in my network router light does not light even when connected with ethernet, and can not reset to factory. it has been longer then 90days so support wants me to purchase extend service contract, but hardware is still under warrenty. sent 2 support tickets
is this a bait and switch type of service.
please help

Hi ALBEJ,
It looks like support has provided you with the telephone number to check on your device and determine if it is defective.
For the reset to factory, have you pressed the button for at least 7 seconds? The EX3700 will then restart.
