EX3800 cant go past login page
Hello I installed this extender four month ago without any issue. Now I moved to another house and I cant go past the login page I tried to reset the password on the Netgear website, it work...
Update:
I tried to reset the extender to factory setting
the extender restarted
I went to http://www.mywifiext.net/ but it still asks me for my email and password
My email is correct but not the password, I try to answer the questions about lost password again, but it says the answers are wrong.
How can I reset this password please help me
Make sure you are holding the reset button for 10+ seconds.
