EX5000 netgear extender

I cannot remember my user name andpassword for fixing some issues on thisextender. Also my security questions are not apparently correctly answered (ex: my youngest sister's name---I have no sisters). How do I get onto the site? Any thoughts?

    You'd need to factory reset it to get back in then. 

    Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. 

    then follow the install guide
